Because I will do 80+% of the work for you. All you need to do is download my grocery list for the week.

Go to my website and just download my list, this will show all the items on sale worth mentioning for that week. I will Mark "charity" items in red. If you have any questions contact me at couponingcapello@gmail.com.

After you downloaded my grocery list. You can then just spend 1/2 hour to add what else you need to your list, look to see if its in the ads, and then add it to your list. Print list, gather your coupons, and just go to Walmart with your ads and you are on your way to saving.
